8 Session Programme
Investment - £650

In each session, we work through a tried and tested coaching approach allowing you space and time to set a goal, review the current situation and explore options for change. As a coach, I don't tell you what to do but you can ask for advice and support. We end the sessions by setting SMARTER actions and agreeing on an accountability target.

 

Each module includes live coaching exercises during a 1-hour session, workbooks and exercises/research to complete between sessions.
