I'm the health coach for those who have tried everything!
I don't sell a program claiming to fix you, instead, I will help you heal yourself.
I offer the knowledge, support and accountability to guide you on your own journey - healing body, mind and spirit.
Why Holistic Health Coaching is different
Working with specialist practitioners such as nutritionists, physios and therapists and taking self-development courses are an important part of maintaining our health.

Practitioners often claim to fully understand and cure your symptoms. When healing does not take place, both client and practitioner can become disillusioned and frustrated.

Implementation can also be a problem, we know what is good for us but change can be hard especially when we are struggling with our health. Dealing with long-term chronic illness can be a challenging and lonely path.

Coaching gives you the space to become aware of your feelings and thoughts about health, work out where you want to be & get the support you need.
We understand why change may not have been successful in the past and the add accountability to ensure your plan is put into action.

Sometimes when things are falling apart, they may actually be falling into place
My Story
After a decade of poor health, the life I knew completely fell apart.

My health deteriorated to such an extent that I had to leave behind everything I knew - big city life, high powered job and a fun-packed social life.

I had tried everything, or at least I thought I had - doctors, therapists, physios, nutritionists, kinesiologists, mindfulness, breathwork, self-compassion... I constantly researched the next thing that would cure my fatigue, headaches and brain fog and get me back to my old life.

Things only began to change when I realised my old life was making me anxious, miserable and ill, as I used sugar, caffeine and alcohol to get through the day.
As I realised how physical and emotional health is intrinsically linked, I sought out numerous physical treatments and self-development programs, but to limited effect.

Accepting that great change was needed, I took control of my own journey, combining nutrition, lifestyle changes, self-reflection and spirituality.
By improving my knowledge, getting the right advice and support, putting what I learned into action and establishing accountability, the pieces of my life started falling into place.

When you need guidance, my training in holistic health and personal experience means I can suggest solutions aligned to your desired approach
Specialist Treatment
Coaching ensures any time & money, invested into specialist treatments or programs specific to your health conditions, is well spent*
Barriers
Understanding why change has not been successful in the past, will help you make necessary practical lifestyle changes to overcome past barriers
Accountability
Committing to a 12-week program, with agreed actions each week, creates the accountability necessary for success
*Will you stick to the diet that the nutritionist gave you? Or keep up with your daily meditation practice once your course is finished?
Coaching helps you choose the right practitioner, implement the treatment and keep you motivated if the outcome is below expectations.
A New Way of Being
Living a conscious life is about observing our thoughts, feelings and behaviours - freeing us to make changes and move our life in a more positive direction. Practices such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and journaling can help us do this, by taking time out of our day to detach from our thoughts, become aware of our emotions and connect with our intuition.
These practices can help us strip away our conditioning from society and our upbringing and connect with a different part of ourselves. For some, this is our inner or true selves, our intuition or a power outside ourselves such as a Higher Power, The Universe or a religious God.
This approach has enabled me to deal with my emotions in a healthy way and completely quit the unhealthy addictive behaviours that were impacting my health.
I no longer use tea to perk me up and comfort myself, chocolate as a treat for getting through a day at work or alcohol to dull physical and emotional pain. Without these crutches, I live my life much more consciously. Being aware of my thoughts and emotions supports me on a lifelong journey of self-discovery which has led to fulfilling work, healthy relationships and better health.
Areas of Focus
ME/CFS
Most of my symptoms were a result of ME/CFS and I have an excellent understanding of the range of treatments available including pacing, brain-retraining, nutrition and supplementation, mould illness and Irlen's Syndrome
Chronic Anxiety
I've had trauma-induced anxiety as the result of a childhood tragedy. Despite years of therapy and mindfulness, my anxiety was still a big issue. After a chance comment from a friend about Complex PTSD, I have researched and implemented various neuroplasticity techniques to overcome emotional dysregulation
Cravings
When my health hit rock bottom, I was told to quit everything I considered 'fun'. Sugar, simple carbs, alcohol and caffeine had to go. Going cold turkey made me understand and address my emotional eating. I am now an abstinence advocate, enthusiastically sharing the benefits of sobriety
