I usually feel tired and I don't have much 'Me Time'
I can't imagine surviving without 'treats' like coffee, tea, chocolate, sweets or comforting carbs
When I'm not busy, I think about past troubles, worry about the future and what others think of me
I must have an alcoholic drink at the end of the day to destress
I eat low fat meals with plenty of carbs as I'm told it's healthy but I feel tired and hungry an hour or 2 later
